Pagertec wireless paging systems offer a hassle-free setup with their 'Plug and Play' functionality. When you receive our pagers, they come fully charged and ready to use straight out of the box. Simply plug the transmitter into a wall outlet, and you're ready to start paging. While some systems may arrive with partially charged batteries due to shipping times, we recommend fully charging them upon arrival for optimal performance.

Our paging systems eliminate the need for programming, wiring, or complex installations, making them incredibly user-friendly. With minimal training, new staff members can quickly learn how to operate the system. To send a notification, simply enter the desired pager number and press "Send" on the paging transmitter, providing a seamless communication solution for your business.

We offer free technical support for the entire duration of your ownership of our system.

Depending on the paging system you choose it is backed by a 1-year or 2-year Manufacturer Warranty, ensuring coverage for any manufacturing defects. Additionally, Pagertec provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our paging systems, allowing you to try them risk-free. Visit our Warranty Information page for more details.

Pagertec's paging systems are equipped with top-of-the-line radio transmitters and receivers, maximizing range for optimal performance. While it's challenging to guarantee an exact range due to various factors, typically, if your expected range is under 1 mile, you shouldn't encounter any issues. For those needing extended range, Pagertec offers range extenders to ensure your system meets your requirements. Rest assured, range is never a concern with us!If we buy a small paging system now, can we expand our paging system later on by adding additional pagers?

Pagertec pagers vary in time of use due to the length and intensity of the vibration, lights and tone requested by the customer. Normally the pagers are good for an entire day of constant use. When the establishment is closed, simply put the pagers to charge for a couple of hours for the pagers to perform at optimal levels the following day.

We use Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries that last much longer and don’t have the ‘memory’ problems that pagers with Nickel Cadmium (NiCD) batteries have. Thanks to the ‘memory free’ technology in our batteries, you may charge the batteries anytime you wish, regardless if the batteries are fully drained or not. Typically our batteries are rated and tested to last up to 5 years.
