Pagertec offers a wide variety of Paging equipment for rent. Our Paging Related support, such as Call buttons, Radios, Repeaters, allow you a complete package of communications for your event. Pagertec's Rental Department routinely tests all our equipment, to ensure that it’s in top working condition and presentable. Our team routinely works with the equipment, and are very experienced in how to operate your rental equipment.

When you rent from Pagertec, we take the extra step to make sure you have a basic understanding of the equipment you’re renting. And you have the support of our knowledgeable team, who has been trained and have experience with making the most out of your equipment to help you the most for your shows or events. Rental Process
All equipment rentals are based on daily or weekly rates. Each system is equipped with a free transmitter, additional transmitters may be rented at a charge of $50.00 per day. Normal wear and tear is acceptable but abuse to the equipment or damage is not and will be charged at MSRP value.

Shipping:
Pagertec will drop ship equipment 1 day prior to the event start date. The user when finished will ship all the equipment back to Pagertec at users expense. We recommend the user to obtain tracking and insurance on the equipment as the user is responsible for lost or stolen equipment. All equipment must be in working conditions and must be returned with original packaging by the "Equipment Due Date". If equipment does not arrive at our Pagertec facility on the Return Date you will be charged the agreed upon daily rate for each additional day past the return date until Pagertec receives all the equipment.

Payment:
Payment must be processed below on a VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX credit or debit card. Any other form of payment must be approved by Pagertec prior to shipping.
